For FOF I am/was.Now I am sitting on the back porch on the 2nd day of Spring (yay) with newly dyed  hair so all the silver strands of wisdom will be hidden for a few more weeks.
(I realised how many there were in todays prepping for FOF I knew they were there just didnt know they had been breeding so fast)
Do any of you remember when we coloured our hair coz we wanted to not coz we had to hide something?(yes you young things make the most of not having to)I do miss those days lol.

 One more thing.Found this brooch for $1 its old says Gilt on back I think its Jade its very cute but someone has removed the centre stone.Anyone have/know the age it may be? What do you think went in the middle?

F-Rocking Like a Green Goddess

 Nearly had my hair trimmed yesterday glad I didnt (as id feel bald) as it doesnt look very long these days.Used to be down to my bottom and much thicker Curse you aging!!!
How long is too long for us over 40s?(think I'll be a bunned up long hair old lady i'll leave the blue rinse perm to others.)

                          Feels so nice and comfy on and usually resides in my dress up items.Maybe not now.

 I should have had a glass of Southern comfort in my hand since I dont do wine and SC is my fav drink and the captain bought me a bottle for my big 47 (yes I turned that yesterday thanks everyone xxx)

 Lovely hairy arms pretend goddess lady!!! but I wanted to show you this bangle.It was gifted to me whan I was about 8 by an old lady who used to look after me and my sis when mum was working.She died when I was about 30 at nearly 100.She was also the one who taught me to do special facial excersies (yes from 8) to stop me aging too fast lol( will I do a vlog NO!!) but basically thrusting your bottom  jaw forward  to streatch those muscles is what she taught me.Go on have a go.Its the only one I remember her showing me.She was Aunty Ruby to us and one of my Grandaughters  is a Ruby as wellThe bangle is just costume but I have always worn it on and off thru the years.You know I am a sentimental hoarder,right?

Frock on Friday

Hey all I finally have joined the Frock On Friday party.As its winter here I wear alot of warm clothes so its taken me awhile to join in as I have to get changed brrr,Anyway here I am in a gorgeous dress/evening gown  that was in my fancy dress collection when I bought it.
Its a Stephen Glass Brand fabric is Acetate.and it fits me perfectly yay!!

AS you can see its got lovely large beads around the collar.(I have to move a few around as  some are missing) I will be keeping this one.Sorry about the scabby pics (Lauras fault she took them lol)  I am in the middle of redoing my shed AGAIN!!!.So am trying to find a spot.(hope hairy arm pits dont show too much I forgot to get my new shaver)

ps While I have you here.I am still procrastinating about a business name I want one so I can start to buy Vintage and Vintage repro  items to sell at markets,
I have gone thru many thinking they were ok but not being 100% happy.I have been going back to Vintage Stars and  Stars of Vintage came to me today (thinking that may be a good one since I not only love vintage but old movie stars of vintage as well.)
I thought Hello Dolly was good but doesnt sound like it would have things for fellas.
so my question to you is what do you all like better Vintagestars(.com is taken )  or Stars of Vintage (.com available) I like last one better  I think  what about you? or is there a name you think would suit me more?
