Ohhh, Helen has tassles in her hair! I need tassles in my hair. I will keep my eye out for a bunny sized top hat, I'm sure I've seen cocktail sized ones around that would fit him :) Photos when I find one! Xoxox
I think Harriet Nelson looks a bit like Desiree (Pull Your Socks Up!).
I feel a bit depressed when I see the tiny waists on these beauties. No wonder proper vintage never fits me!
Again, names I didn't know (apart from Harpo Marx. And I didn't know he was called Adolph either, no wonder he preferred Harpo!)
Just looking at the pictures (haven't read the info yet) but wasn't "Mrs. Nelson" just THE cutest! I'd never seen an early picture of her. No wonder her boys were gorgeous. And that is quite the head gear on Helen! Wow! Miss Claire, I think you should start a devastatingly beautiful new trend! Howard Duff - gosh haven't thought of him in years. He & Ida Lupino were quite the romance duo of the 50's & stayed that way forever I believe. And Harpo, I've never seen him without that silly wig he wore in the movies. Quite dashing I think. I love movie star Monday! I'm on a diet this week so no butter on the popcorn. Yick - what's popcorn without butter. Good thing the "feature" is yummie!
You know I love the 50's. Look how tiny Harriet's waist is.
