Ooh Nelly, I am so sorry to hear you have been unwell. I understand that kidney stones are one of the worst pains - I hope you get them sorted sort, you poor love.

I ADORE: the squirrel salt and pepper shakers, the fabric on the sewing basket, the hankies and the black beaded bag. Such wonderful treasures!

Sorry you've been unwell, I know kidney stones are very painful, lots of love coming your way.
If you do want to hope over and stay please can you bring the red maxi dress and the 1960's mini dress with you and the snake bracelet and that bag so that I can steal them off you? xxx

Aw Nelly, I wondered why we hadn't heard from you much, thats really bad news. My mother has had a number of kidney stones and I understand it is one of the most painful things its possible to have. FYI, Silver Star is late 70s and I wonder if that black dress was a maxi thats been cut off?? Apparently Silver Star was an upmarket label in its day, I guess like MrK. is now, I've seen other vintage dealers swoon over it, great score :)

Ah, no...I hope you will be right as spring rain very soon...I''m glad you are seeing the Doc.

Onto the things that keep you going1 And don't we admire you so for posting as you find treasure?! The hankies are my favorite part, the full pics so charming! I love tulle for costuming. Both of those wedding dresses look like they could be Steampunked out with little trouble.

Some neat tights and boots or flats along with your vintage 60's dress and bag, and you're ready for the groovie protest!

I have the highest regard for your work on these pages...don't worry, if you miss a wekk or two we promise to ogle as soon as you put them up!

Get well, Friend Nellie.

Hello Nelly
I hope you get better really soon.

I love all your finds! The sewing basket & fabric is so cute. In the last few weeks I have become addicted to sewing little things here and there. I have a sewing basket that resembles yours but it is white and yellow and round. =)

@vintage mumI could only cut up wedding dresses if they were damaged somewhere these are in great condition.I think maybe a vintage dress hire business maybe in the future?

@Lyndel Today I decided that I could either stay home and be in pain (but not as bad as yesterday thankfully)
Or go and do what I love second choice won will post finds soon
