Dear Frances,

I just wanted to let you know I found  your  brooch today. It was in Vinnies and  I cant believe it was only $1 as I know its worth way more than that just for sentimental reasons alone.I so wish it could talk Frances, then maybe it would share stories about  you and your life.Wish you could tell me how old it is and when you got it,was it a present from a beau or maybe from your parents or was it the first  thing you bought with your  first pay packet? What are the cute stones hanging from it ? I would really like to know. They look like Turquoise but Im not sure.Anyway just know that it will be looked after and admired and I will wear it even tho my name isnt the same as yours.I hope you had a wonderful and happy life Frances,I will think of you every time I see it.

Love Nelly xxx

That is such a sweet brooch. Good questions which sadly will never be answered. I'd wear it anyways because it's so lovely. xx

Ahhh, lovely brooch. I always wonder about the history behind vintage treasures too. My eldest's middle name is Frances!
Have a good weekend, is the brace feeling any more comfortable yet? xxxxxxxxx
